- 2 / 5By M VailFood was ok, service not so much! we sat for at least 10 minutes before asked for our drink order. Ordered an appetizer($38.00) and it took forever. We finally asked for it to go(we were done with our drinks) waitress stated it was on its way out, still wanted it to go. The waitress tried to recover and provided a free dessert, unfortunately she provided no utensils, no napkins so we could not eat when we returned to our rooms. Oh and the $38 app was cold by the time we got to our room. Awesome hotel and overall service.. but for $70.00 for two drinks and apps, I will go elsewhere!May 06, 2017

A small group of us celebrated my son''s seventh birthday and my parent's 48th wedding anniversary with a fantastic meal, great service, wonderful music and a beautiful setting. As good an experience as I have had at any Roy's--in Hawaii or back home in CA. Would highly recommend.August 11, 2016
